Digital Product Sales

Because our products are digital files or personalized audio productions, all sales are final once an order has been completed and delivered, except as outlined below or required by applicable law.

We generally do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations after delivery for a change of mind or a preference that was not included in the original order instructions.

Before purchasing, please review the product description, available audio previews, customization options, file formats and delivery details.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, contact sales@hotdjdrops.com within 24 hours of the duplicate purchase. Include your order numbers so we can review your request for a refund.

Corrupt, Missing or Unusable Files

If a delivered file is corrupt, missing or cannot be opened, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.

After verifying the issue, we will provide a working replacement or restore access to your purchased files. If we cannot supply the purchased product, we will issue a refund for that product.

Our Production Mistakes

If Hot DJ Drops makes an error in fulfilling the script or instructions submitted with your order, we will correct it at no additional charge.

Please identify the error and include your order number when contacting us. If we cannot correct the error or provide the product as ordered, we will issue a refund for the affected product.

Incorrect or Missing Customer Instructions

You are responsible for providing an accurate script, DJ name, pronunciation instructions, delivery email address and any required files.

Changes needed because of incorrect wording, missing files, omitted instructions or a request made after production do not qualify for a refund solely for those reasons. Contact us to discuss available correction options. Additional production charges may apply and will be explained before any paid revisions begin.

Delivery Issues and Cancellation Requests

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

For cancellation requests made before completion and delivery, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request based on the order’s production or delivery status and applicable law.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
